Who we are
This policy explains what personal information ALCOVE Communications collects through www.helloalcove.ca, why we collect it, and how you can control it. Last updated: October 26, 2026.
ALCOVE Communications is based in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Quebec. We follow Quebec’s Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25) and Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What information we collect
We collect personal information in two ways: what you send us through our contact form, and what is collected automatically when you visit the site.
Contact form. When you use the form, we collect your name, email address, and the message you write. We use this only to reply to you.
How we use and share your information
We use your information to answer your messages and to improve our website. We do not sell your personal information.
We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and may store contact form messages
- Google Mail, which delivers the messages you send us
These providers may store or process information outside Quebec and Canada, including in the United States. Their own privacy policies apply to how they handle it. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it, how we protect it, and your rights
Retention. We keep contact form messages indefinitely.
Security. We use reasonable measures to protect your information, such as keeping our website software up to date and limiting who can see form submissions. No website can guarantee complete security.
Your rights. You may ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
- delete your information, or stop using it for a purpose you no longer agree to
- withdraw your consent
